Anhaltiner E head

Anhaltiner E was foaled in 1990, licensed for Oldenburg in 1992, hundred days tested at Adelheidsdorf in 1993, and licensed for Hanoverian in December 1993. He is by Akzent II out of SPS Pia by Pik Bube I. Akzent II has gained an outstanding reputation as a sire of type and his auction offspring commanded prices in excess of 200,000DM. In the Jahrbuch Hengste ’01, Akzent II was listed with an index of 146 in riding horse qualities and had a dressage index of 114. Anhaltiner E is out of SPS Pia by Pik Bube I, a top star among German stallions and a very prepotent sire. Pik Bube I competed only one season, because he was such a popular breeding stallion, but under Herbert Rehbein, he won 11 of 12 advanced dressage competitions. Pik Bube’s dressage index was 138 and his riding horse qualities index was 114.

Anhaltiner E is an extravagant mover and is naturally talented in passage and piaffe. He loves to jump and willingly exhibits his phenomenal technique
