Some Day Soon Mares |

|
We would like you to meet a few of our treasured mares. Some were bought from other breeders in Germany and the US after careful searches. Others are very special offspring of our stallions. Many have been full time mothers, while some of our younger mares have established performance records. All have been carefully chosen for traits that we expect they will pass along to their babies excellence in conformation, movement, trainability and temperament. |

SPS Pik Dame was one of the grand old ladies of the farm. We lost her in the spring of 2002 at the ripe old age of twenty five. She was the ONLY states premium full sister to the well known stallions Pik Bube I and II. She presented us with numerous excellent foals, including the stallion prospect Willkommen Q. She was truly a treasure of the farm. |

EM Berlina is shown above at Devon in 1998, where she won the Grand Champion of Devon and Grand Champion USDF. We took her to that show just as a lark. She had never before been to a recognized breed show, and she had just been weaned from her foal! She went on later that same year to win Grand Champion of the Mid-Atlantic Breeders Club Mare Show. Berlina is by Brentano II out of Hilly by Hill Hawk xx. She made straight 8's for rideability and all three gaits in her mare performance test. |
